1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the PartyPlugins website and purchasing or installing any of our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you must not use our services or products.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Customer") and PartyPlugins (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"). We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Products and Services

PartyPlugins develops and sells premium WordPress plugins delivered as digital products. Our current product lineup includes:

• SEO Deck - A comprehensive SEO toolkit for WordPress, sold as an annual subscription.
• PageFlow - An advanced page builder plugin for WordPress, sold as an annual subscription.
• Suite - A bundled package that includes access to all current and future PartyPlugins products, sold as an annual subscription.

All products are delivered electronically. Upon purchase, you will receive download access through your PartyPlugins account along with a license key required for activation and updates.

3. Pricing and Payment

Our current pricing is as follows:

• SEO Deck - 45 EUR per year
• PageFlow - 45 EUR per year
• Suite (all plugins) - 120 EUR per year

All prices are listed in euros (EUR) and may be subject to applicable taxes depending on your location. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider. We accept major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal.

Subscriptions are billed annually and will automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless cancelled before the renewal date. We will notify you via email at least 14 days before any price increase takes effect on your subscription.

4. License

Each plugin license entitles you to install and use the purchased product on one (1) WordPress website. The license is non-transferable and non-redistributable. Specifically, you agree to the following:

• You may not redistribute, resell, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the plugin or your license key to any third party.
• You may not share your license key publicly or with users outside of your organization.
• You may not modify the plugin for the purpose of removing or circumventing license verification mechanisms.
• You may not include the plugin as part of a product or service offered to third parties without prior written consent from PartyPlugins.

If you need to use a plugin on multiple websites, a separate license must be purchased for each site. Volume licensing is available upon request - please contact us for details.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all purchases, no questions asked. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply contact our support team within 14 days of your initial purchase date and we will issue a full refund.

Refund requests made after the 14-day period will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. Refunds for subscription renewals must be requested within 14 days of the renewal charge. Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

6. Subscription and Cancellation

All PartyPlugins products are sold as annual subscriptions that renew automatically. Your subscription includes access to plugin updates, new features, and priority support for the duration of your active subscription period.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
• Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the plugin and all its features until the end of your current billing period.
• After your subscription expires, you may continue to use the last version of the plugin you downloaded, but you will no longer receive updates, new features, or support.
• Reactivating an expired subscription may require purchasing a new license at the current price.

7. Intellectual Property

All PartyPlugins products, including but not limited to source code, design, documentation, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are the exclusive intellectual property of PartyPlugins and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the software as described in Section 4. No ownership rights are transferred to you. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the plugin except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PartyPlugins shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our products, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these terms or our products shall not exceed the amount you paid to PartyPlugins in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Our plugins are provided "as is" and we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding their fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or uninterrupted operation.

You acknowledge that WordPress plugins operate within a complex ecosystem and that compatibility with all themes, plugins, hosting environments, and configurations cannot be guaranteed. We strongly recommend maintaining regular backups of your website.

9. Modifications to Terms

PartyPlugins reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you via email or through a notice on our website.

Material changes - such as those affecting pricing, licensing, or refund policies - will be communicated at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of our products and services after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
