WordPress shouldn't feel like a second job
If you manage WordPress sites for a living, you already know the feeling. The same repetitive clicks, day after day. Opening each page individually. Editing one field. Saving. Going back. Opening the next page. Repeating. It is not hard work - it is tedious work, and that is almost worse. It drains your time and your focus on tasks that should take minutes but somehow eat entire afternoons.
We are a small team of WordPress professionals who have spent years building and managing sites for clients of every size. Agencies, freelancers, in-house teams - we have worn all those hats. And across every project, we kept running into the same frustrations: the tools that exist are powerful, but the workflows around them are painfully slow.
Today, we are officially launching PartyPlugins, a new company dedicated to building WordPress plugins that eliminate repetitive tasks. Our goal is simple: take the things you do over and over again and make them fast, visual, and even a little enjoyable.
Our first plugin: SEO Deck
We are kicking things off with SEO Deck, a plugin that solves one of the most common headaches in WordPress SEO - editing meta descriptions at scale.
If you use YOAST SEO (and most WordPress sites do), you know that editing meta descriptions means clicking into each page or post individually, scrolling down to the YOAST panel, typing your description, saving, and navigating back to the list. For a site with 50 pages, that is a tedious afternoon. For a site with 500 pages, it is a nightmare.
SEO Deck changes this completely. Here is what it gives you:
- Dashboard widget with doughnut charts - A widget right on your WordPress dashboard shows your overall meta description completion rate with a color-coded progress bar. Doughnut charts break it down by post type (Posts, Pages, and any custom post types), so you can see exactly where the gaps are at a glance.
- Focus on what is missing - Click any doughnut chart to jump straight to the posts missing meta descriptions for that type. No wading through pages that are already done.
- Card-based editing with character guidance - Each post gets its own card with a textarea, a live character counter showing your count out of 155, and a color-coded progress bar. The sweet spot is 140-155 characters, and the interface makes it obvious when you are in range.
- Real-time Google SERP preview - Below each textarea, a live preview shows exactly how your page will appear in Google search results - title, URL, and description - updating as you type.
- Bulk save - When you are done writing descriptions, hit "Save all" to save every visible description in one click. No saving one at a time.
You also get handy action buttons on each card (Edit to open the post editor, Copy Link for the permalink, Preview to expand the full post content for reference), search by title, pagination at 25 posts per page, and a settings page where you can toggle post types, enable keyboard shortcuts, and more.
The result? What used to take hours now takes minutes. A full audit and update of 200+ meta descriptions can be done in a single sitting - something that was practically impossible before.
Simple pricing, no surprises
SEO Deck is available today for 45 EUR per year. That includes all updates, support, and every feature listed above. No tiers, no upsells, no feature gating. You get the full plugin.
We believe WordPress tools should have straightforward pricing. You should know exactly what you are paying and exactly what you are getting. That is how we intend to do things at PartyPlugins.
What comes next
SEO Deck is just the beginning. We are already hard at work on our next plugin, PageFlow, which will change how you visualize and organize your WordPress content. Stay tuned - we will have a lot more to share in the coming weeks.
In the meantime, if you manage WordPress sites and meta descriptions are a regular pain point, give SEO Deck a try. We built it to solve a real problem, and we think you will feel the difference immediately.
